I want to fade into the dark
Because in the light there's nothing I can embark.
Maybe things will get better
If no one can see me.
Physically, I will not change
Emotionally; perhaps.
Maybe when I come out after a while
You will actually see me smile
And then you'll realize
That I'm not like I seem
Maybe then you'll learn
To like me for me.
